7 days past ovulation...have a little milk :o\?

Me and my husband had during my fertile ovulation times. I am currently 7 days past ovulation now and have been feeling nauseous and off and on sore ies. well today I i felt like my nipple was wet and looked and a little "white" milk came out. I have a 13 month old but havent fed her since she was 2 months (over year ago) Since feeding her last i never had this before and completely dried up. What would cause me to have little milk leakage? Could I experience this in VERY early pregnancy? thanks ;)
