Do I have a bladder infection?

I've had bladder control problems for about a month now...it used to burn when I urinated but that's pretty much went away. But this morning i woke up because of really bad pain in my lower back, near my right side. I also have been getting jolts on pain at the right side of my navel, and these things have made me think about appendicitis. The pain isn't unbearable, but its been constant, and a bit worse now. Also i have indigestion. Could these be symptoms of bladder infection, appendicitis, or maybe both?
