How can i check the status on my army reserves initial entry bonus?

I am a soldier in the army reserves i signed my contract in march of 2009. I did Delayed entry program (drilled) until my basic training date of Oct 5 2009 I have since graduated from BCT (Fort Knox) AIT(Fort Leonardwood) L4 school (Fort McClellan) and I have still not received my bonus what is the hold up My Plt Sgt is also the training NCO for my unit and he said he sent my packet up to higher. WHY is this taking so long to come through?........
