Why everyone hating on miley cyrus?

ok, why is everyone calling miley a slut, and alll thos other tihings i think she's great. I gets me really mad when ppl say real bad things of her. She has a thing on youtube so what? i wud really love for someone to explain cause im totally confused. People keep spreading picture claiming" her kissing xyz amount of boys and they dont even look like miley. Every1's even hating on miley dating nick, well im not sure if there're dating but give the girl a break come on man. Need serious help, i know ppl are going to hate u and love u but i dont think she deserves this.
