Anyone else annoyed by Obama's "whistling" during speech like a gaped tooth old man without dentures?

generally its elderly men and women who do this, I'm sure you've heard this. It grates on my nerves when he reads and whistles with his "esses" maybe its just me. Fingers on a chalkboard !
