Could my 6 y/o's stomach pains be caused by mold?

We have a lot of mold in our home. My son has always had bad allergies and is currently on three meds that are barely controlling his symptoms. He's been having severe stomach pain for nearly a year so we're going to a pediatric GI specialist next month. Could the mold be causing his pain? We can't move till 02.10 due to our lease so I need to know what my options are.
