I saw this movie a few years ago and i cant seem to find the name of it...?

The story was about a louisianna teen who has in a barn with a high school cl mate who had a crazy stalker girlfriend after the girlfriend faked a pregnatcy to keep her man she gets him to lie and say shes a skank and so forth the girl has a painting shes drawing throught the whole movie and when things get bad she paint herself in the picture lying on the gr with her throat slit. when her mother gets involved and gets a restraining order on the girl and the girls bf goes crazy starts abusing her and so theres no competition she plans on killing the girl by slittilg her throat meantime the nice girl is thinking her life is going back to normal so she paits gr over herself in her painting she ends up dying and the kids are charged and the movie was on lifetime movie network or somthing like that the mother made the movie in memory of her daughter and enforcing the louisisana stalker laws because her daughter who got killed cuz there was nothing she could do to stop the harrasment of the teens... it was alot of info i know but if you have any info for me it would be verrrrry appreciated. thanks
